1. Who we are
"Marina Cruise Dubai", "we" and "us" mean Marina Cruise Dubai, Dubai Marina Walk, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us on +971 56 443 7899 (phone and WhatsApp) or [email protected]. "You" means the person making the booking and the guests in that booking.
2. Making a booking
- A booking request sent through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email is not yet a confirmed booking.
- Your booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference, the date, the departure time and the number of guests.
- Please check the confirmation as soon as you receive it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms for every guest in the booking.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The price in your confirmation is the price you pay.
- On shared cruises, children aged 0–3 sail free and children aged 4–11 pay the child price. Please give the correct ages when booking; we may ask for proof of age at the pier.
- The Private Yacht Charter is priced per hour for the whole yacht (not per person), for up to 12 guests, with a minimum of 2 hours.
- Tour prices are per person unless we tell you otherwise, and are confirmed on WhatsApp before you travel.
- Nothing is paid online for shared cruises. You pay at the pier before boarding, in cash or by card. For private yachts and tours we may ask for a deposit to hold the booking; we tell you the amount before you pay.
4. Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations by us, weather cancellations and refunds are explained in full in our cancellation and refund policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Boarding and timing
- Boarding opens 30 minutes before departure. Please be at the pier at least 20 minutes before departure.
- Cruises leave on time and cannot wait for late guests. Guests who miss the departure are treated as a no-show.
- Please carry photo ID (passport or Emirates ID); the crew or the authorities may ask to see it.
- For tours with hotel pickup, please wait in your hotel lobby at the pickup time we send you. Pickup times can vary by about 15 minutes because of traffic.
6. Safety and conduct
- Please follow the instructions of the captain, crew and guides at all times. Life jackets are on board.
- Children must be supervised by an adult from their group throughout the cruise or tour.
- The crew may refuse boarding, or ask a guest to leave, if the guest is intoxicated, behaves unsafely or disturbs other guests. No refund is due in that case.
- You are responsible for any damage caused by guests in your booking.
- Activities such as dune bashing are not suitable for everyone, for example during pregnancy or with back, neck or heart problems. Please tell us about health conditions before you book.
7. Weather, route and operational changes
The route, timings and programme can change because of weather, sea conditions, traffic or instructions from the port or other authorities. If a cruise or tour cannot run, you can choose a new date or a full refund of anything you paid.
8. Food and special requests
- The buffet on shared cruises is halal, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Dishes can vary from night to night.
- Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs when you book. We pass them on to the kitchen, but we cannot guarantee food completely free of allergens.
- Birthday cakes, decorations and other special requests are arranged on request and confirmed separately.
9. Personal belongings and photos
Please keep your belongings with you; we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during a cruise or tour. Photos and videos on this website show the cruises and places visited; boats and dishes can differ from the pictures.
10. Liability
We take care to run every cruise and tour safely and as described. To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for indirect losses, or for delays and changes caused by events outside our control, such as weather, traffic, illness or instructions from authorities. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

We keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but prices, timings and programmes can change. Your confirmation always shows the details that apply to your booking. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem together.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you book applies to your booking.
